ASCK IN ACTION

ASCK assists with access to education, therapy, assessment and mentoring for families impacted by autism. ASCK coordinates a variety of intensive programs designed to engage youth with autism in a variety of services, aimed at improving their social interaction and participation in vocational training opportunities while improve their social support. 
Yoga, Music, and Dance

Supporting teens and young adults with autism develop
their artistic talents by offering them the supplies and encouragement they need to complete their unique works of art. 

Social Butterfly Mentor Programs

The Social Butterfly Program is a once monthly event that takes place at the International School of Kenya. This special day gives kids the chance to interact with peers while building their social skills. At these events we play outside, swim, do arts and crafts, and just have a great time!

Beyond the Spectrum e-Learning project is an initiative of Autism Support Center (K) that seeks to create technology based jobs for youth on the Autism spectrum while promoting access to affordable technology by students in special and mainstream Kenyan schools. These jobs will be created through development of e-Learning tools such as animated tutorials, eBooks, educational computer programs, videos etc.

Autism Awareness

Organizing a variety of autism awareness activities in the community. Several ongoing projects are available to those who are interested in order to interact with and support those with autism. 

Autism Training

Organizing workshops, talks, and providing autism information resources for parents, teachers, and therapists working with persons with autism.
